I think Nestercity buildings are interesting because of the innovative architecture and they allow people to have a metaverse 3d space on NEAR connected to NFT property and which allows us to place NFTs inside and also have a meetings. I am excited about the future of Nestercity and it's creator mode and the possibility of avatars, if integrated, for example, with readyplayer.me.
